Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy was created to describe the ways Victory Plus, Inc. — the owner of Victory+ — collects, uses, stores, manages, and shares personal information.

When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date listed above, and the updated terms will be effective as of the date listed above. Specifically, we disclose certain information to our NHL and MLB partners and other business partners, including those that support our loyalty programs. Our Services use a variety of digital technologies, including cookies, web beacons, and pixels to automatically collect information about how our Services are used. Cookies are small text files placed on device browsers that store preferences and facilitate and enhance your experience. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded in our Services that collects information about how you engage with our Services. The use of a pixel tag allows us to see that a user has used a certain feature of our Channel or App or clicked on a particular advertisement. We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.
